I no longer use this company...customer service is in God knows what country and the reps can barely speak English...bring customer service back to America for Americans orders

I can understand the older brothers depth of feeling for the company. Sometimes we become set in our ways , we like the familiar and I can't blame him for that. I think both brothers bring a different perspective to the company, the old and new coming together to create a little bit of the old and a little bit of the new, and it meshes well together. You need that in a company. It's so important to not stray too far from what made the business a success , you don't want to become too new because you end up being an unfeeling corporation . Things will feel robotic. It HAS to be family friendly. Yet it also has to branch out into the art of flowers, competition is rife even in the UK to ensure you are on top of the trends. It is what keeps people coming back, yet you also need that family feel where customers feel cared for and listened to.

I feel like the brother coming in to check up on his younger brother is very first of all disrespectful but second of all it messes up what you learn because employees are not going to be acting the same with the CEO coming in versus a normal day

To be fair, I also thought one 800 flowers was an online flower store only and that they just had like buildings for pick ups of people really wanted to pick them up

HIS COMPANY 1-800 FLOWERS TOOK MY CREDIT CARD LAST YEAR WHEN I ORDERED ITEMS FROM SEVERAL OF THE COMPANIES IN 2022. I PURCHASED ON MY CREDIT CARD A "CELEBRATIONS PASSPORT" IM 2022. THEN 1-800- FLOWERS, MR MCCANN RECHARGED ME AGAIN DECEMBER 2023 FOR ANOTHER MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. HE KEPT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KNOWING THIS IS WHAT HE CAN DO AND THERE IS NO RE-COURSE FOR ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THIS STORY TELLER!! tHERE WEBSITE IS CLEAVER AND SAYS ALL THE RIGHT STUFF BUT IT IS COMPLETELY MEANINGLESS. HE IS KEEPING MY MONEY AND LOTS OF OTHER PEOPLES MONEY. AMERICAN EXPRESS SAYS, 1-800-FLOWERS CAN DO THIS AND GET AWAY WITH IT. IT'S DESPICABLE HOW HE SETS UP ALL THESE BLOGS BECAUSE HE CARES ABOUT PEOPLE. BECAUSE HE WANTS YOU TO THINK HE'S A GOOD HONEST MAN, YOU SHOULD TRUST HIM! AS A LONG TIME FLORIST, I THINK HE KNOWS EXACTLY HOW TO GET AHOLD OF OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY AND HOW TO KEEP IT. I'M SURE HE KNOWS HE'S PROTECTED AND THE PUBLIC OR COMMUNITY IS HIS HUNTING GROUND!
